Responsibilities
Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects from initiation to closure; Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and governance; Develop integrated project plans covering schedules, resources, and risks; Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory; Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans; Lead project meetings and governance activities; Monitor project financials and resource requirements; Prepare executive dashboards and status reports; Support continuous improvement of PMO processes.
