Responsibilities
Lead and execute technical activities supporting new product and process introductions. Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes for kitting, rework, and postponement. Lead process verification and validation activities including protocol development and data analysis. Identify and lead value improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost, and efficiency. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Drive improvements in process design, layout, and workflow. Lead engineering projects of moderate complexity. Partner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
