Verify start-up readiness and monitor first-hour production performance, Lead line time meetings for inventory and manning, Track finished vehicle inventory aging and drive aged units to zero, Lead emergency response and containment actions for safety incidents, Escalate and contain quality issues at point of fit/workstation, Coach and resolve barriers raised by Team Managers/Process Coaches, Conduct Good & Welfare meetings with Union partners, Complete required administrative activities (SOI, PJOs, start-ups, close-outs, LPRs)
