Lead design and release of hypoid gears and differential assemblies, Support Sterling Axle Plant on current model axles, Own ring gear to differential joint designs, Create and maintain FMA documents, Create and complete Design Verification Plans (DVPs), Run analytical and physical testing including failure analysis, Lead cross-functional meetings with systems and manufacturing, Lead 'Team of 4' meetings with Purchasing, Lead program milestone deliverables for new program sign-offs, Order and deliver working prototypes, Complete PPAP for new programs or changes.
