Develop awareness and ensure HSE compliance are integral to line management responsibilities; assess local risks and generate/implement local policies and plans; conduct review meetings to assess system effectiveness; coordinate personnel and subcontractor screening and training; advise management on compliance with local/national HSE regulations; participate in quality and HSE audits and investigations of major failures and accidents; supervise high-risk work activities; report and investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions.
