Responsibilities
Lead and manage the materials management organization and resources; Define and implement optimized warehouse layout; Support staffing and competency development of the GeoUnit Materials Management Team; Enforce company standards and industry best practices in warehousing procedures; Manage GeoUnit warehousing performance and inventory levels including stock value and slow-moving indicators; Monitor third-party warehousing provider performance and costs; Provide regular performance reports at GeoUnit level.
