Supplier Quality Engineer
The Quality Specialist is responsible for executing quality assurance processes such as internal audits, investigations and quality improvement plans to enable excellence in execution.
- Define quality plans required for engineering, manufacturing, operations, functions, customers, and suppliers.
- Participate in design reviews and criticality assessments of processes as input to QCP development.
- Develop procedures, work instructions and form necessary to comply with the Quality Management System.
- Participate in on-site Certification or Customer audits.
- Monitor the Cost of Non-Quality and the internal process performances.
- Provide daily technical support as needed with stakeholders.
- Participate in risk and failure root cause analysis and related internal process or product failures.
- Lead or Participate in the internal Product Quality (PQ) incident investigation and reports.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions address fundamental causes.
- Lead internal (and potentially external) process or technical audits, inspections and quality records.
- Assist with training team members on new procedures.
- Participate in the validation /Re-validation the internal critical processes.
- Write or review critical process procedure and assure compliance.
Min Degree and above
