Supplier Quality Engineer

The Quality Specialist is responsible for executing quality assurance processes such as internal audits, investigations and quality improvement plans to enable excellence in execution.

• Define quality plans required for engineering, manufacturing, operations, functions, customers, and suppliers.
• Participate in design reviews and criticality assessments of processes as input to QCP development.
• Develop procedures, work instructions and form necessary to comply with the Quality Management System.
• Participate in on-site Certification or Customer audits.
• Monitor the Cost of Non-Quality and the internal process performances.
• Provide daily technical support as needed with stakeholders.
• Participate in risk and failure root cause analysis and related internal process or product failures.
• Lead or Participate in the internal Product Quality (PQ) incident investigation and reports.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions address fundamental causes.
• Lead internal (and potentially external) process or technical audits, inspections and quality records.
• Assist with training team members on new procedures.
• Participate in the validation /Re-validation the internal critical processes.
• Write or review critical process procedure and assure compliance.
