Responsibilities
Lead and support daily production activities while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work; Install, repair, test, and maintain industrial piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, and condensate; Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, submittals, P&IDs, and work instructions; Fabricate pipe supports, spool copper lines, and perform plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry functions; Plan, lay out, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment including control panels, relays, circuit breakers, and electronic controls; Diagnose equipment and process issues; repair or replace defective components and verify proper operation; Perform product, process, and equipment troubleshooting to identify and resolve defects; Assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems and equipment; Install, maintain, and repair equipment including motors, pumps, valves, chillers, vessels, and related process equipment; Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material to complete assigned work; Perform wire preparation, stripping
