Responsibilities
Serve as primary on-site SLB representative facilitating coordination between Client, General Contractor, Sub-Contractors, Manufacturing Facility, and Operations teams; Deploy to project sites for 2–4-week assignments acting as lead or support on rotating shifts; Manage on-site delivery and logistics documentation including tracking and coordinating missing or replacement parts; Lead quality triage process by verifying priority levels, assessing SLB responsibility, and driving resolution and closure; Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; supervise contractor-led remedial actions without direct physical involvement; Maintain daily reporting and participate in scheduled communication and meeting cadences; Support root cause investigations with SLB Quality and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for workflows or product design; Ensure client satisfaction and timely factory readiness through proactive issue resolution and coordination
