Responsibilities
Own the design of existing, new and/or non-standard product packages; Produce designs of enhanced quality with responsibility for entire XMT and Wellhead products; Formally review the designs of less experienced engineers; Delegate responsibility for individual parts of design work; Plan and manage design work and necessary level of effort for R&D work, tender work and project execution; Interface with vendors for the supply of equipment including specifying products and reviewing/approving vendor submissions; Provide support for products in all lifecycle phases of execution and deployment; Mentoring and guiding engineers within the team.
