Supervise wellsite crews and provide direction for PSD processes; Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time; Execute service delivery and obtain customer acceptance; Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs; Assist Design/Technical Engineers with technical programs and bids; Develop customer contacts to promote products; Ensure compliance via CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections; Fulfill WCM and WCD reporting requirements; Lead Service Quality Meetings; Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives; Maintain required safety training; Support Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers; Train and instruct Wellsite Operators.
