Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for wellsite infrastructure and digital drilling applications; Support deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of EDGE devices; Configure and maintain network connectivity including VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and IP addressing; Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces such as WITSML, OPC-UA, Modbus TCP; Manage incidents, service requests, escalations, and technical documentation through ServiceNow; Participate in rig onboarding, deployment readiness activities, and infrastructure support projects; Maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
