Responsibilities
Prepare internal and external progress reports detailing project status, progress, problem areas, and risk mitigation actions; Create, distribute, and follow up on Minutes of Meetings and Action Trackers from meetings with clients and suppliers; Assist the Project Manager in all contractual matters, including notices and variation orders; Follow up and expedite the progress of orders placed with suppliers, in coordination with Supply Chain and Engineering; Coordinate the compilation of data books in conjunction with Document Control, Engineering, and Quality teams; Coordinate logistics with the Supply Chain team; Prepare internal Management of Change requests and follow up on approvals; Track and inform the Project Manager and Cost Controller about revenue recognition milestone achievements; Monitor project spending and report variances; Maintain Project Controls KPIs, including Engineering, Procurement, Document Control, Cost, Schedule, and Risk metrics; Optimize internal project management processes using AI tools.
