Build expertise in SAP S/4HANA finance processes through training and workshops; Act as an RTR champion and change advocate by engaging in knowledge transfer sessions; Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and execute predefined business test scenarios; Collaborate with Business Process Owners to identify, investigate, and resolve system defects; Provide frontline support during go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases; Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and SOX requirements.
