Gain in-depth level of understanding of the assigned product(s), including use cases, competitive environment, and technical design, Analyze customer needs and conduct brainstorming sessions to extract the requirements, desired workflows, and outcomes, Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to guide development efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives, Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roll-out of owned features, Assist in development of SOWs in collaboration with commercial teams which may include customer discovery sessions and other direct customers contact, Collaborate with the One Solera team including Developers, QA, Professional Services, Scrum Master, etc. to deliver valuable product increments by driving the epics and user-stories definition and participating in the agile ceremonies, Develop, prioritize, and align high value features within Solera’s quarterly and fiscal year planning, Track and analyze product performance metrics driving data-based decisions, Develop product documentation for both internal (Confluence, Jira, etc.) and external use (user guides, etc.)
