Responsibilities
Manage and align logistics operations with business objectives; Lead, coach, and develop a logistics team of 5-6 FTE; Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and manage customs duties; Track performance and collaborate with 3PL/4PL providers, carriers, and freight forwarders; Track and analyze logistics KPIs and implement corrective actions; Drive process enhancements for supply chain agility; Partner with Global Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions; Contribute to regional transformation programs; Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.
