Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment; Troubleshoot and repair motors, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, DG sets, switchgear, VFDs, and electrical control circuits; Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment; Perform routine inspections, motor health checks, insulation testing, and cable fault identification; Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and permit-to-work systems; Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory; Support shutdown maintenance and reliability improvement projects; Coordinate with production, engineering, and utility teams; Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions; Monitor electrical parameters and identify energy-saving opportunities.
