Responsibilities
Review new customer orders and assess their impact on production capacity and planning priorities. Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements. Partner closely with Manufacturing to monitor production plan execution, address constraints, and adjust priorities as needed. Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to monitor the availability of critical raw materials and mitigate potential supply risks. Identify and evaluate alternative materials or solutions to minimize potential impacts on production and customer deliveries. Review material forecasts and planning requirements to ensure alignment between demand and material availability. Participate in cross-functional meetings and planning forums, collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
