Responsibilities
Support the development of sourcing strategies for logistics & packaging categories and implement them in collaboration with key internal stakeholders; Ensure security of supply at competitive commercial conditions, drive the category saving pipeline on the site(s) and engage with stakeholders to drive implementation and progress of new/alternative products, services and processes; Track relevant markets, incl. macro-economic and geo-political influences, supply-demand situation, supplier/solution/technology development, regulation; Prepare and lead competitive tender/RFQ, fact-based negotiations, supplier selection and contracting process for the spend; Lead contract implementation and resolve issues in close alignment with Category lead and Operation team; Initiate and conduct supplier performance evaluations; drive service/product improvement/optimization continuously
