## Responsibilities
- Pilot complex product projects by driving the product vision, orchestrating delivery, and ensuring value creation for the client and teams.
- Define and carry the product strategy with the client: value modeling, product architecture, EPICs, trade-off arbitration, and technical-functional alignment.
- Ensure successful delivery by coordinating multiple squads to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality level.
- Create success conditions for teams by defining the right setup (Theodo teams or partners), negotiating necessary resources, and adapting the organization to project constraints.
- Provide visibility and clarity through appropriate governance mechanisms to align all stakeholders.
- Depending on team composition, you may be responsible for mentoring Product Managers, creating an environment conducive to their success, development, and progression within the client or Theodo.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction by building trust, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Staffing, and People teams.
## Requirements
- Graduate from a top engineering school with more than 5 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product), in startup, ESN, or consulting.
- Strong interest in designing high-impact business products, with a passion for technology and solid knowledge in the field.
- Excellent relational and client skills: capable of building trust, communicating with top management, and comfortable in large account contexts.
- Client-first posture: available, reactive, attentive, capable of prioritizing the client, integrating feedback, anticipating needs, and managing sensitive situations.
- Strong negotiation and management skills: active listening, questioning, ability to challenge, conflict management, and delivering demanding feedback with calmness and clarity, in a collective progression logic.
- Strong desire to learn and progress, capable of challenging the team, asking for help, and accepting to be challenged.

- Experience in healthcare or digital health domain.
