Provide an effective and efficient asset renewal service for Signalling consistent with business requirements and customer's needs, Manage the rapid development/change of structures and processes to operate as a commercial enterprise, Manage workplace, operational and environmental safety in accordance with Queensland Rail's Safety and Environment Management Systems, Manage the assets and inventory of the Section in a safe, effective and efficient manner, Monitor the performance of staff and provide equitable opportunities for their career development, Monitor and report on the performance of the Section including ensuring revenues are obtained and expenditure is within budget
