Product Manager - Automation
Required skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or design software, Strong understanding of design automation, parametric modeling, and workflow optimization, Experience leading product discovery and delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Passion for solving complex design challenges through technology, Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into product features

Product Discovery: Lead discovery with a strong focus on automation workflows, Work directly with architects and other building professionals to understand how automations can be created, configured, and reused, Explore where current tools fall short and where cloud-native automation workflows can create new value, Validate problems and solutions through interviews, prototypes, experiments, and data, ensuring learning continuously informs what the team builds next; Product Delivery: Translate validated insights into clear priorities and actions, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver automation features, Ensure alignment with product vision and business goals, Drive the development of a scalable, reusable automation framework, Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement
