Project: NIBNIP: Novel Nutrient Sources from Brewing: Technology Innovation and Functional Beverage Development

Role Overview:
The Research Associate will work on a fixed-term contract for the implementation of the project NIBNIP: Novel Nutrient Sources from Brewing: Technology Innovation and Functional Beverage Development. The position is full-time with a six-month probation period.

Responsibilities:
Implementation of the project NIBNIP: Novel Nutrient Sources from Brewing: Technology Innovation and Functional Beverage Development.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
- Completed university graduate study programme or integrated undergraduate and graduate university study programme, or professional graduate study programme, or an equivalent level of education according to previously applicable regulations (Croatian Qualifications Framework level 7.1.univ. or 7.1.prof.).
- Field of study: Natural Sciences (Chemistry), Technical Sciences (Chemical Engineering), or Biotechnical Sciences (Food Technology or Biotechnology).

Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the same or similar positions is required.

Languages:
- Croatian: Good level
- English: Good level

Selection Process:
The University of Applied Sciences in Karlovac reserves the right to conduct testing for candidates who meet the formal requirements (knowledge and skills assessment, computer literacy, foreign language proficiency, teamwork aptitude, communication skills, responsibility, etc.), as well as an oral interview.
