Responsibilities
Perform engineering analysis and design for tanks, vessels, silos, bins, hoppers, and related industrial equipment; Prepare calculations, specifications, drawings, reports, and construction documents; Develop ANSYS finite element models for design, repair, and alteration; Review designs for compliance with ASME and API codes; Develop detailed fabrication drawings for new tanks and pressure vessels, as well as alterations to existing equipment; Coordinate with process, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical engineers; Conduct field investigations, site assessments, and condition evaluations of existing facilities; Review fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and vendor submittals; Support construction administration by responding to RFIs and reviewing change requests; Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination; Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance throughout project execution; Travel to client facilities throughout the United States as needed.
