Design and lead accelerated life test (ALT), life-leader, and component reliability test campaigns; Develop reliability test plans mapping stresses to field conditions; Perform statistical analysis for test article quantities, sample sizes, and confidence targets; Define and allocate reliability requirements across systems; Analyze test and field data to characterize failure modes and reliability growth; Lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations; Develop and maintain reliability models and artifacts (FMEA, fault trees, life predictions); Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality to embed DfR practices; Establish reliability metrics and reporting for leadership.
