Responsibilities
Run site receiving operations including delivery scheduling, gate coordination, unloading, and inspection; Manage laydown yards, warehouse space, and climate-controlled storage with documented location systems; Maintain accurate inventory records, run cycle counts, and reconcile physical inventory against POs and BOMs; Execute material issue processes for trade partners and manage returns/surplus; Coordinate with superintendents and planners on three-week lookahead schedules; Coordinate crane and forklift resources and maintain safe laydown areas.
