Technical Vision & Roadmap: Translate company goals into a clear, ambitious engineering strategy; make build-vs-buy and architectural decisions that balance speed with long-term leverage. Team building + coaching: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of 5 → 20+ engineers across full-stack, product, infra disciplines; foster the extreme ownership and rapid learning culture that defines OneSchema. AI & Platform Leadership: Guide the evolution of our React / TypeScript / Rust / Ruby stack and our usage of foundation models for coding and vision-language agents; own scalability, security, and compliance for Fortune-500 data workloads. Execution Excellence: Establish lightweight but effective processes (planning, code health, on-call, incident response) that keep quality high while shipping daily.
