Required skills
5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in a consulting or technology services environment, Hands-on experience running Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery), Strong stakeholder management - comfortable dealing with client project leads, sponsors, and technical teams, Proven ability to manage project financials, scope changes, and resource allocation, Experience delivering software or digital transformation projects end-to-end, Project management certification (PMP, CITPM, COMIT, or equivalent)

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery, Lead full project lifecycle from kick-off through go-live and handover, Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to quality, Drive Agile ways of working, Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos, Work with BAs and Solution Architects to prioritise backlogs and manage iteration cycles, Adapt planning approaches to suit client maturity - from full Scrum to hybrid delivery models, Manage risks and dependencies, Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and blockers, Manage cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies, Escalate effectively - to the right person, at the right time, with context, Engage and align stakeholders, Serve as the primary point of contact for client project leads and sponsors, Communicate project status, decisions, and risks clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reviews, Govern and report, Maintain project documentation: plans, RAID logs, status reports, and change requests, Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, security standards, and QA processes, Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
