Run daily operations across headquarters and Orange County sites including receiving, put away, picking, kitting, and outbound shipping. Ensure zero line stoppages caused by material and maintain agreed service levels. Build daily operational views from data to staff shifts and manage labor. Lead from the floor via Gemba walks and kaizen events. Own safety and cost at every site. Maintain transaction discipline and location control for inventory. Manage hiring, training, and development of associates and supervisors. Launch the Long Beach campus. Act as the first user of new systems and layouts.
