Lead the Enterprise Test Capabilities organization providing environmental, structural, and wind tunnel test execution; Own and scale niche test capabilities ensuring complex campaign execution; Manage capital equipment, lab infrastructure, and multi-million-dollar test budgets; Drive expansion of internal test capabilities to reduce external dependency; Partner with program leaders to translate validation needs into executable test strategies; Lead test architecture and readiness planning for complex hardware programs; Balance competing program priorities by allocating scarce engineering talent and assets; Build scalable processes for test intake, planning, and data delivery; Establish operating mechanisms for resource tracking and program support visibility; Partner with vendors to expand internal capability and execute capital projects; Develop technical leaders and engineers through mentorship and organizational design; Serve as a senior technical escalation point for high-consequence development test issues.
