Design enclosures using various manufacturing processes, liaise with hardware team on PCBA and cable design, generate parts on PLM system, liaise with suppliers for custom parts, specify off-the-shelf components for prototypes, assemble/disassemble prototypes and create build instructions, validate designs through environmental testing, handover mechanical BOM to NPI team, maintain product development documentation, conduct product inspections and failure investigations, support production test and quality teams
