Responsibilities
Execute monthly FP&A cycle including reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting; Build and maintain driver-based models for ARR, revenue, headcount, opex, EBITDA, and cash flow; Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for key business drivers; Analyze core SaaS and GTM metrics to flag trends and risks; Partner with functional leaders to validate assumptions and track performance; Support annual operating plan, reforecasting, and ad hoc business cases; Produce executive-ready presentations and dashboards for leadership and Board; Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows for forecasting and variance analysis; Identify and implement process improvements for Finance scalability
