Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to turn open-ended questions into structured analyses and recommendations; Design, run, and interpret A/B and quasi-experimental tests across the borrower funnel; Define and own the metrics framework including north-star, guardrail, and funnel definitions; Work with engineering to ensure complete and accurate event tracking and logging; Build and maintain data pipelines and models for self-sufficient analysis; Develop and validate statistical and ML models for response, propensity, and segmentation; Use AI tools to accelerate exploratory analysis and documentation; Communicate findings to drive specific product or roadmap decisions; Monitor product and experiment performance post-launch to surface anomalies.
