Provide Level 2/3 technical and functional support for assigned IBM i applications; Analyze incidents, identify root causes, apply solutions, and document results; Maintain and evolve RPG, CL, SQL, batch processes, and interfaces; Execute and control changes between environments ensuring traceability and rollback plans; Diagnose authentication/authorization issues related to Active Directory, LDAP, and Kerberos; Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and Database teams for complex incidents; Monitor critical processes and interfaces; Update technical documentation and runbooks; Support continuity, recovery, and deployment testing; Manage technical vulnerabilities and obsolescence; Participate in impact analysis and technical validations with business stakeholders; Track vendor commitments and SLAs
