Responsibilities
Own development and optimization of manufacturing processes for RF electronic assemblies from prototyping to full production; Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, inspection plans, and tool/fixture designs; Troubleshoot complex electrical and RF manufacturing issues on the production line; Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through data analysis and process capability studies; Support design-for-manufacturability efforts by providing feedback to design engineers; Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for electronic products and RF systems; Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, supply chain, and operations teams; Support critical customer-facing hardware demonstrations; Travel to test sites, supplier facilities, or partner locations as needed
