Direct creation and maintenance of comprehensive manufacturing plans and MES routings; Own strategy for MBOM and as-built configuration management; Partner with Operations/Supply Chain to establish build sequences and monitor order flow; Manage engineering changes across active manufacturing plans; Serve as primary interface between Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production; Collaborate with design teams during DFM/DFA reviews; Analyze manufacturing discrepancies to enhance efficiency; Provide hands-on planning support on the shop floor during NPI and ramp-ups
