Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate IT/IM projects supporting business operations; Manage projects from initiation through delivery including scope, planning, milestones, resources, budget, risks, and deliverables; Act as primary coordination point between business, engineering, IT, and vendors; Translate business requirements into structured IT project activities; Maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and RAID logs; Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies; Prepare and present project status reporting and KPIs; Lead project governance routines including steering meetings and reviews; Monitor project performance against quality, cost, and schedule objectives; Coordinate technical and functional contributors across distributed teams; Ensure compliance with client IT/IM governance and cybersecurity processes; Support deployment, transition, and operational readiness activities; Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
