Drive safety culture promoting Incident and Injury Free Performance; Provide initial client contact to assess scope and resources; Assist with estimating and proposals for bid opportunities; Supervise total construction effort ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule; Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions including scheduling, engineering, and material control; Manage contract administration, scope changes, and claim negotiations; Own escalation triggers and initial execution for project risk; Supervise employees and subcontractors including hiring and disciplinary actions; Provide technical assistance on drawings and construction methods; Own documentation integrity for risk management, audits, and closeout; Assume responsibility for productivity, material efficiency, and contractual performance; Own full project closeout including lessons learned and performance reviews.
