Responsibilities
Serve as internal SME for BlueCherry functionality (order management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, EDI, PLM); Partner with sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service to translate business needs into configurations and workflows; Own and improve business processes (order-to-cash, EDI onboarding, allocation, chargebacks); Triage and resolve functional/process support issues; Manage relationship with CGS (vendor) for technical/engineering issues, tickets, and upgrades; Lead user training, documentation, and change management; Evaluate new BlueCherry releases and recommend adoption; Support integration points with adjacent systems; Drive continuous improvement for system adoption and process efficiency
