Responsibilities
Lead the transition of components from design through high-volume manufacturing ensuring scalable production processes; Own the design and functional validation of low-voltage battery and keyfob across bench, labcar, and vehicle environments; Develop components in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Controls, Security, Software, Purchasing and Manufacturing; Serve as the single point of contact for electrical integration issues; Partner with software and supplier teams to develop, integrate, and validate application software, bootloaders, diagnostics content, and OTA-compatible update workflows; Support vehicle assembly lines during development phases and drive issue resolution; Develop and implement quality control measures, DVP&R strategies, and testing protocols; Perform vehicle-level testing and debugging including data analysis; Perform detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate requirements into hardware, software, electrical, RF, and network specifications; Report feature development progress and maturity at key program milestones.
