Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facilities Operations Supervisors and Technicians. Own the overall maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance of data center infrastructure. Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Create and enforce standard operating procedures and emergency response plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Partner with engineering and operations teams for equipment lifecycle management. Oversee inventory, asset management, and spare parts strategy. Manage critical equipment maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Own vendor relationships and service contracts. Provide 24/7 on-call leadership for critical incidents. Develop and manage operational budgets and resource planning.
