Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for LIMS administration, support, configuration, and continuous improvement; Partner with laboratory and business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate requirements into effective system solutions; Ensure LIMS platforms and associated processes comply with applicable regulatory, quality, privacy, and data integrity requirements; Oversee system configuration, validation, implementation, release management, and ongoing maintenance activities; Establish and maintain system governance, documentation, audit readiness, and change control processes; Lead investigation and resolution of complex system issues, implementing sustainable corrective actions when appropriate; Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance laboratory efficiency, quality, and scalability; Manage vendors, support partners, and technology relationships to ensure effective service delivery; Lead projects involving system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and new capabilities; Ensure successful integration of LIMS with laboratory instruments, laboratory workflows, and other business-critical systems
