Lead design and development of spacecraft electrical power systems; Own power architecture trades and drive technical decisions; Lead preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR/CDR); Develop and maintain spacecraft power budgets; Perform power system modeling and simulation; Design and analyze power conversion and regulation circuits; Conduct derating and worst-case circuit analysis; Perform radiation and reliability analyses; Define validation approaches and create testing campaigns; Develop electrical ground support equipment (EGSE); Support environmental testing campaigns; Collaborate with avionics, systems engineering, software, and propulsion teams; Develop and maintain documentation; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers; Continuously improve power engineering processes
