Responsibilities
Analyze industry trends and competitive strengths to identify potential investment targets; Maintain and develop relationships with investment banks, boutique M&A advisory firms, and strategic partners; Develop internally generated investment opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives; Participate on deal execution teams for assigned components of investment transactions; Develop financial models, valuations, and analysis to inform investment decision-making and support due diligence processes; Fulfill corporate reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; Provide inputs to bi-weekly Investment Committee meetings; Support the CCDO as Board Member or Observer with analysis of portfolio company results and management forecasts; Maintain the CCDO's calendar and meeting documentation; Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts, companies, and meeting notes; Leverage cross-functional teams to achieve investment objectives; Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing value creation initiatives.
