Responsibilities
Support development, integration, and calibration of powertrain and drive systems for Scout pick-up trucks and SUVs (BEV / EREV); Lead and contribute to inverter-related calibration topics such as torque delivery, efficiency, thermal behavior, diagnostics, and overall drivability; Define and manage the function bring-up together with software supplier; Develop and execute test cases for Drive system functions across SiL, HiL, testbench, and vehicle testing; Coordinate software release readiness ensuring requirement coverage and validation compliance; Work closely with powertrain hardware, chassis, vehicle dynamics, systems engineering, and E/E teams.
