Responsibilities
Own the technical baseline and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through detailed design, system integration, and verification; Coordinate fabrication and assembly of prototype and development articles; Lead planning and execution of comprehensive test programs including ground test, SIL/HIL, and developmental flight test; Guide the team through critical design trades, sub-system optimization, and interface management; Serve as technical authority for system safety and partner with test teams to achieve military flight releases; Act as lead technical problem-solver for issues during integration and testing; Partner with manufacturing engineering to ensure design is production-ready; Support deployed flight test and demonstration activities at customer and test sites
