Execute and validate full OTA workflows including update triggers, package downloads, verification, flashing, ECU reboots, and post-update validation; Test single and multi-ECU updates, delta and full-image updates; Validate update sequencing and dependency management across ECUs; Test OTA interactions with ECU bootloaders, flash drivers, and memory partitions; Validate A/B partitioning, rollback mechanisms, flash integrity, and checksum validation; Manage version compatibility checks and debug firmware/memory-level failures; Develop tools for OTA test orchestration, automated flashing, validation, log parsing, and anomaly detection; Validate diagnostic services during OTA request/download/transfer and ECU reset/session transitions; Ensure correct DTC behavior and debug protocol-level issues like timeouts and sequence errors; Design and execute edge-case scenarios including power loss, ignition cycles mid-update, and network interruptions; Validate recovery strategies and ECU reprogramming resilience to prevent brick behavior; Design scalable regression test suites for SIL, HIL, and vehicle infrastructure; Analyze large-scale CAN/Ethernet logs for intermittent failures and cross-ECU timing mismatches; Own vehicle-level regression test planning and drive root cause analysis of cross-domain issues.
