Design and manage comprehensive whole-vehicle durability and accelerated mileage accumulation (AMA) test plans; Lead and execute vehicle durability tests at external proving grounds and public roads; Plan and execute on-vehicle instrumentation and data acquisition tests to capture loads, strains, and vibrations; Diagnose and investigate durability-related failures during on-road testing; Track and verify performance of newly integrated components (suspension, steering, brakes); Generate detailed reports on test results and vehicle degradation rates
