Recruit, hire, train, and manage full operations teams (machinists, welders, fabricators, operators), architect and implement manufacturing infrastructure (tool rooms, work cells, material flow), design and document robust manufacturing processes, manage day-to-day production activities and schedules, implement continuous improvement methodologies, facilitate transition of new products from R&D to full-scale production, partner with Engineering/R&D/Supply Chain/Quality/Program Management teams, contribute to strategic planning for capacity and equipment roadmaps
