Required skills
Inspection of harnesses per IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3, reading engineering drawings and blueprints, creating inspection documentation (FAIRs, CoC, EIDPs), driving Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure, investigating and resolving product/process issues, performing product testing
Preferred skills
Experience in aerospace or defense hardware inspection, familiarity with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes (CAPA), experience with quality management systems (QMS)

Perform in-process and final inspections of hardware against engineering drawings and industry specifications, Conduct incoming inspections to support production timelines, Create and maintain inspection documentation including First Article Inspection Reports and Certificates of Conformance, Drive Non-Conformance Reports to closure, Investigate, document, and resolve product and process issues, Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality
